ABOUT SECRETSAYA
I think the point of keeping a secret is that you don't want people to know because it'd either embarrass you, hurt you, or hurt others. So my point is I don't get why would I want to tell my secrets to you people?
Well, lets put it this way. Your funny secrets can make others laugh or smile, you might make someone's day! Your sad secrets might make others ponder, might make others
be grateful of what they have, or might help others because they're going through the same things you are too. Or you both might help each other out by sharing helpful
advice and comments! Sharing is caring and a friend in need is a friend indeed! We wish SecretSaya's community would be a great listener in long run, besides providing
good advices and help to our other friends who are in need!
Who is behind SecretSaya's Team? And why did you guys do this site?
LOL! Thank you for this question! It's the first time ever someone asked! We're glad to tell you that we are no one really, we are no psychic, no artsy people,
we are merely just the same like all of you here. Individuals who like to share problems, individuals who like to help others. By having SecretSaya, we're also helping
ourselves. It's what we've always wanted on the Internet world! And we hope everyone else would feel the same too :)
Do you allow Anonymous post?
Yes! We will soon! But right now, we are only thinking of opening Anonymous post on Writing section :) We'll keep you guys informed!
PRIVACY ISSUES
I don't think there is enough privacy on this site. People can still see your email address right?
Ah! That's where you're wrong but we'll tell you now that other SecretPeeps WILL NOT be able to locate your email in WHATEVER way! In fact, even we don't have the privilege to! Most
of the functions and interaction with the database is automated and encrypted! So we ensure you that YOUR PRIVACY is tip top and well-kept!
Does SecretSaya keep a log of IP addresses of the users?
Great question! As you might know, IP addresses will reveal which PC and where is a certain user accessing SecretSaya from. This is imformation is very crucial at times when we need to track back Spams or Inappropriate reports. However, we have disabled this IP tracking due to privacy issues that might arise - if by any means that users are starting to violate SecretSaya's policies, maybe then we'd consider tracking IPs. At the moment, we hope to keep
SecretSaya as genuine as possible, and we hope we'll get utmost support from the community
REGISTRATION PROBLEMS
Why does it take so long to get my password? Sometimes, I don't get it at all
OK! We have been receiving countless reports on missing and unreceived passwords! Here's what we can conclude
- Try to use a more effective email services like Gmail for a faster and effective response
- Avoid using email accounts that have been badly affected by Spams
- We made some assumptions (might be true, might not be true) which may not be true that some Yahoo Mail accounts are not receiving emails as effectively as it should, but some are OK! So ensure yours is OK! If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to tell us
