I culdnt take it nymore...my stress level is high up the sky now!Im so stressed up and culdnt think straight!damn my fucking life..screw my stupid work life...urghh!
N i thought my life is jst fine a few weeks back.Evrything went well..according to plan..nothing is bothering back then and im just plain happy..its not just that...i even lead a healthy life coz me and a few high skool friends decided to join fitness center and work our arse out!It was good...at that point of time.To make it more unbelievable me n my cousin sister decided to register ourselves for MAKNA volunteer group.To help out the cancer patient or any programs to organize to help the patient.That is out of nowhere.I culdnt believe it till now that i've decided to do something like that...
owh demn..gotta go.i have somthing up..will do thsi later.chiow~

it's easy... to feel confident, u need to feel good about urself first... how about u choose a day and treat urself damn well... e.g buying a new cloth, go changing ur hairstyle, etc. When u feel good about urself automatically u will have the confident. So, it is all depend on oneself. Once they feel confident about themselves, others will have confident on them as well. in the end, people will come to us. and maybe rely on us... instead of we being dependent on others, now others will depends on us.. when that happen, automatically our confident level will increase like hell... coz we know others need us... im saying this base on experience...
